Unit, Sour water stripping Unit, Acid Gas Removal Unit, Sulphur Recovery Unit,
Refinery Utilities, Marine Terminal, Tank Farm and Off Sites, Sulphur handling
Terminal, & General Utility Plant & Sea Water Intake. Responsibilities As a Planner prepared Work Orders, Assigned Resources & Spares
for the required job. Followed up progress of job task and closed Work Orders
based on the status of the job. Prepared schedule for preventive maintenance of
all instruments in the plant based on the degree of criticality & ambient
conditions. Co-ordinated with different maintenance supervisors for speedy
progress of job requirements. Preparing an effective schedule for Shutdown
Jobs. Corrective maintenance jobs on MSF, Boiler, Seawater & Water
treatment plants, Reformers. Shutdown jobs on ABB Gas turbines, Steam

series Trouble shooting faults in PLC system of Allen Bradley, 5/40 &
5/60 processors. Interpreting and modifying ladder logic programs. Trouble shooting faults in DCS system of Bailey ‘Symphony’ and
replace defective parts including Power modules, I/O modules, Communication
modules and Operator Station consoles. Interpreting CAD drawings using WinTools
& Composer through the Engineering Work Station. Staff Development including field training given to fresh
graduates in Instrumentation.
